You might try Kempf's Gun Shop for a Lee Reloading Kit. I live nearby and am going to buy one tomorrow. They have 20 kits in stock. The price ($139+ depending upon caliber) seems pretty reasonable and they have good internet customer service from what I've read on some reloading and SASS forums.
