Because of that email being on my website, they've already found it several times.

I have set up an email account at my domain too. It is set up with an Auto Responder with a zipped Excel file. It is a reloading cost spreadsheet that also has a reloading label form printer.

I will not read the emails sent here. I will delete them every day. Just send an email to the address below and it will be sent. Turn OFF your Anti Spam/Anti Virus if you are having problems. I just ran a test email and it worked fine from a Yahoo! account.

The email is reloadsheet@freakshowbullets.com

ETA: And don't worry about spam bots. I just go in there click "delete and purge all" and done. This email address is setup for just this purpose, so if I get spam sent there, they will get a reloading cost Excel spreadsheet sent right back.:)

I downloaded it but when opening with Excel the file is gibberish? Does it need unzipped first? Excel is from Office 2007

Try unzipping it first.

ETA: I changed the file to an unzipped .xls file. Should work from the get go.

Thanks a ton for posting that!! Very benifical!!

Ok so this probably a dumb question, but I am going to ask it anyway. My dad, brother, and I are just getting into shooting alot and have been lookin into start reloading for our .45 1911's. We use Winchester 230gr brass rounds. How many times can you reload those before they are spent? I have heard from many different people that you can only reload those twice. But then I hear that you can reload those 5 times. Sorry for the dumb question I was just curious.

Something that I consider when I think about getting into reloading is time. I totally understand that it is a hobby, and that reloading is not for everyone, but has someone done calculations on what their time is worth?

I've seen numbers like...500-600 rounds an hour, I don't think i could do it that fast :) 8 rounds a minute? no way Jose, not with weighing rounds to make sure I'm safe, etc.

Just curious how that plays into it.

For rifle rounds (that I care about accuracy) I doubt I load 100 an hr - but then again I enjoy sub 1moa groups. For pistol ammo I only occasionally check my charges - and then do a very gross test to ensure they feel right.

Dillion has an alarm (iirc) that will test each round to see if it is in the ballpark (has 1 charge rather than 0 or 2). I don't use Dillion and have never used this tool, but think it might have merit. Perhaps I will try to get it to work on my press someday.
