Dillon is the best in the business.
my feelings exactly...

I put my Dillon 550 away for 16 years and when I got it back out, the ram was stiff and some of the parts were a little corroded (alum parts). I called for an RMA to have it checked out (not expecting it to be free) boxed it up and sent it in. they sent me what looks like a new press, powder bar/hopper, shell plates...ect. and even paid the shipping back.

I would never use anything but Dillon. it has loaded many thousand rounds for me and never a problem. I did buy a new spent primer cup off their website because I lost mine. can't call that warranty...

I fully understand what you are saying, but........are you saying the other guy who called Dillion..... did not tell them it was Rat Pee? It does seem unfair if you read what he said and what happened to me. So, I am a little confused

I have owned a Dillon Square B reloader for over 15 years, loaded well over a half million shells of all calibers, had the press back to Dillon three times for complete rebuilds and have yet to pay one cent for parts. Only the shipping back to AZ. You ABSOLUTELY can not beat their warranty. I have worn parts out, broken frames, stripped threads, everything you can imagine and never a question, sent the parts and I went back to reloading. Once over a holiday weekend, they received my press on a Friday, completely rebuilt it, new frame and all and (you will not believe this) I got it back the following Friday! I now own a RL550 for rifle calibers and still use the Square B for pistol calibers. The only thing they have ever failed to replace was an electronic low primer warning device and when I questioned that, they said they only warranted the electronics for one year.
Other than that, you can not beat Dillon for standing behind their products and they are always there to walk you thru any loading problem you might have.
NO I don't work for Dillon but I am 68 years young and know a good thing when I see one!

week three update

Well, it has been three weeks now, since I sent my letter off to Dillion. I am very surprised that I have not gotten any response...phone, email, nothing. I would have at least thought that Mr. Dillion or one of his reps to give me the courtesy of a response. I am quite disappointed, but, remain hopefull that someone there will answer my letter soon.

week four update

well, it is now four weeks since I mailed my letter to Dillion. Unfortunately, NO RESPONSE!......Sad I really would have thought Dillion would at least reply, either in the negative or positive, something, rather than nothing at all.....It does not seem like they are very customer friendly I guess I will attempt a last ditch effort and call...as suggested above. Needless to say, I know a lot, if not most of you feel that Dillions "NO BS warranty" is great and I'm sure it is, but my experience proves otherwise. You would think that even if I am wrong, they would give me some kind of response....maybe they are too bz. I'll let you all know what happened after my phone call. Wish me luck!
