Midway sends me occasional e-mails: "We just got some in. Call to order, first come first served" -- and when I call, they got in 16 cartons that disappeared the moment they arrived.
Cabela's pushed my order back another month. Again.
Locally, nothing available.

I got some Winchester small pistol and large rifle last weekend. It seems like Winchester is the only game in town, currently.

I stopped by Cabelas in KS City Friday evening, on my way home from TN. They had some primers, but not many.

Still a 300 limit. They had Remington large rifle primers, IIRC CCI sm. pistol, and CCI lg. pistol.

I picked up 300 large rifle primers just for good measure. They probably only had 1500 on hand total.(lg rifle that is) And not many of the others either.

My main reason for stopping was to get some cheap LRN 9mm projectiles to load for range use, but they had none.

They have plenty of loaded ammo,(shelves filled and pallets sitting on the floor) so that seems to have caught up with demand, but reloading supplies of all sorts were still sparce.

I picked up 3000 on Friday here locally. They still had about 5000 on the shelf. Only thing they didn't have was small rifle. Was a little steep on the price $138 the 3000.

Steep is Right! I only paid $29.95/1000 for the 5000 Win Large Rifle I just picked up at Midway, plus the $4.59/1000 hazmat fee.

Well it's kind of a result of living in Wyoming. If you buy certain things locally expect to pay a premium. Did it more to give a local business a boost and insure they keep carrying these things. Really didn't need them as that 3000 took me up to over 20,000 total, but never hurts to have a few extra.
