hi , does anyone make .38 special hollow point bullet moulds??

None I know of but Forester does make a hollowpointer to fit their case trimmer.

There is one place which will make your existing mold into a Cramer conversion.

Cramer style mold examples

You can also go to Cast Boolits forum and they have several group buys going on which can have the cramer conversion added by the mold maker. SweedNelson and Mihec are two makers that jump to my mind.
