save some money with Lee
Want to save money by using a Lee sizer but have a hornady lock and load press ?? read on...
1. remove all lock and load die stations from the press 2. remove shell plate and shell retaining spring 3. install Lee sizer die into station #5 using a Lock and load bushing 4. using a high strength rare earth magnet about the size of a nickle position push ram on the deck with the magnet and align with the sizing die. bada bing bada boom... u can now use lock and load press with Lee sizing kit. ![]() ![]() I have been using this set up for many 1000 rounds...In the first picture the ram looks like its leaning, but trust me its straight... Figured I would pass along the tip... Enjoy... ![]() |
