Texas HB 991 Please Act Now!
The Texas Senate is considering HB 991 after it was passed out of the State Affairs Committee on a 6-2 vote. The bill would prohibit the disclosure of the CHL list except to law enforcement.
The Brady Group is opposing HB 991, and soliciting support in their fight against it. If you reside in Texas, please contact your state Senator as soon as possible in support of HB 991. Thank you.
