Sign of the Times....
The following is copied and pasted (more or less) from an Auction Site Ad
by a LARGE Internet Gun dealer. ------- XXXXX.COM RESTRICTED STATE SALES POLICIES California - No Hi-Cap Mags without a Hi-Cap Mag Permit. No Defense/Clip Fed Shotguns. No Semi-Auto Rifles. No M-16 Bolts. Los Angeles, Sacramento, & San Francisco, CA - No Ammo without a FFL. Connecticut - No Semi-Auto Rifles. Hawaii - No Pistol Mags over 10rds. Illinois - No Ammo without a FFL. Maryland – NO GUNS PERIOD - PER OWNER. Massachusetts - No Handguns. No Hi Capacity Mags. No Defense/Clip Fed Shotguns. No Semi-Auto Rifles. No Ammo. New Jersey - No Hi-Cap Mags over 15rds without a FFL. New York State – Long Guns only to NY STATE. No Shipping to NYC Washington DC - No Firearms. No Hi-Cap Mags. No Ammo. Washington State - No M-16 Bolts. ------------------- Happily I don't reside in any of those places , but it is still chilling to realize the Effects that the Gun Laws in those States have on all of us. Imagine the time and money spent by Legitimate Businesses in trying to avoid running afoul of all these laws , And the COST is passed on to all Customers. I imagine it will only get worse........

There are some companines that refuse to sell anything to some states, just to keep from running afoul of the many and vaired laws. Its a pity really....but unitl the citizens of each state start careing enough about it to vote the antigunners out of office and get some of those idiotic laws repealed, thats the way it gonna be. Unitl then, those that do like to hunt or shoot lose out.

It would appear that whoever did this list doesn't have a clue, or I'm not getting what he's listing. Granted I'm restricted to one handgun per 30 days, but that's a lot different than "NO GUNS PERIOD".

I think the owner of the website doesn't want to deal with Maryland's laws, so to KISS, decided that he/she didn't want to do business with Maryland residents.
You can thank your state legislature for that--who said local laws don't affect interstate commerce?
