I knew it. It's a conspiracy, man!!!! Scalia: "... armored bullets ..." Hm. He's going to need to clarify that one. Seems to me that some of the Justices don't get it.

Their terminology may not be correct, but so far what I've heard has been quite positive for us - and even Ginsburg appears to take a positive stance, judging from her questions to the pro-DC presenter.

Breyer's line of questioning regarding the purpose of limiting the right to bear arms is very dangerous.
If every civil right were open to limitation if there is a good reason, we would cease being a free country.

"Shall not be unreasonably infringed" vs "shall not be infringed" is on discussion right now.
It makes some of the pro-gun, pro-license people look restrictive. I'm decently impressed. They really bounce back and forth. They like tearing into the "gun locks are good and easy to use quickly" guy. |
