I am SO psyched and SHOCKED!!! Rockford is my hometown, and we swore we'd never move back unless we could carry. How cool is this!! All my family is in Winn county, and you can bet how they'll be voting!!

Finally, finally, FINALLY someone is hearing what we have (had) been asking for, for years!

A good step, although I don't see it getting past King Daley and Chicago.
I believe they would need some kind of court(federal) challenge to make this happen,unless SCOTUS tells DC that concealed carry laws must be enacted.We could only wish.
