If anyone did that to my kid, the state wouldn't have to worry about punishing them, if I could get to them first.

They should kill all child molestors IMO.

This is that same court that just gave Constitutional rights to Non-Citizens that are NOT on US Soil. But 4 of them want to deny Constitutional rights (2A) to the population in the US. SCOTUS is turning out to be the biggest driver of votes in this election.

Some of you are taking Rush's comments FAR to seriously........

I think he was trying to show how asinine some of the other SCOTUS decisions have been.

Look at the recent ones including the 'child rape' case, or the one allowing Constitutional rights to enemy combatants & the illegal immigration one. Then there has been the infamous Roe v. Wade decision (there is NO right to privacy ANYWHERE in the Constitution but that's for another time.....)......All of these are bad decisions!

Do you guys realize how close we came to having SCOTUS find the Second Amendment UNCONSTITUTIONAL? We could have had the Supreme Court decide that one of the rights enumerated in the Bill of Rights is UNCONSTITUTIONAL! We won by ONE Justice.....this should have been a unanimous decision, not a 5-4 split. Instead of celebrating today....Scalia could have written the dissenting opinion & the the anti gunner's would be planning on how to take our firearms away without themselves getting shot in the process.........

Rush's attempt here was to show how screwed up the courts have gotten.......Two decisions give rights to non-citizens, another protects child abusers.......& the ONLY good decision tells us that the Bill of Rights says what it actually says.................

Maybe some folks are too enlightened (in the Thomas Sowell sense of the term) to "get" him?
