AWB Author won't let Obama take his Beretta

STATUE OF LIBERTY m16 gun armed forces T (#492) sz=L - eBay (item 180036776016 end time Sep-27-08 15:53:47 PDT)

Quote:
Sen. Barack Obama better not mess with his running mate Joe Biden's guns...or else.

In an out-of-nowhere attempt to re-assure a southwestern Virginia labor crowd about gun owners' rights, Biden -- who regularly scores "F" ratings from the National Rifle Association -- warned Obama that if "he tries to fool with my Beretta, he’s got a problem."

"I guarantee you Barack Obama ain't taking my shotguns, so don't buy that malarkey," Biden said Saturday at the United Mine Workers of America's annual fish fry in Castlewood, Virginia. "Don't buy that malarkey. They're going to start peddling that to you."

Biden told the crowd that he himself is a gun owner. "I got two," Biden said, "if he tries to fool with my Beretta, he's got a problem. I like that little over and under, you know? I'm not bad with it. So give me a break. Give me a break."
typical...we can't have our guns, but they can have theirs. Already practiced in Chicago.

Typical we're friends of and understand hunters garbage.

Oh, and the lowest price Beretta O/U, which all are higher to high dollar field guns, has an entry price of $1,925 retail.
Senatorial pricing though, not within the grasp of every and any man.

He'd have done better if he had thought, or known, to comment toward a Remy 870 or Mossberg 500.
But then these people are never in the know, for real, enough to know as much or how to not sound like the fool they are.

The political elite think that they are entitled to all of the rights guarenteed by the constitution and bill of rights while the rest of us are suppose to be happy with what they want us to have. Y ou can always smell the cesspool of politics, even when up wind of the source.

If I read the previous posts correctly, Biden is referring only to Beretta shotgun and not to a Beretta pistol. Although he could lawfully own an unloaded shotgun prior to this summer in DC, he still could not own a handgun. My guess is that Biden is referring only to his shotgun, and deceptively is dancing around the handgun issue.

he never mentions what type of beretta. does he even have a gun or is he full of it? one thing is for certain, gun owners will be created like criminals and the politicians will be armed.

He probably duck hunts the way Obama says Hillary does (you'll have to think back a ways on that one)

In their socialist utopia, we won't have any firearms, but there is a whole different set of rules for The Chosen Ones.
