Working in the DOC has opened my eyes up to this completely. Many of my very own work crew are serving sentences for murder-3rd through 1st. Just the other day a young man (25) was telling me how he obtained his guns. He said there was a guy who was in the Army and was stationed down South. Every now and then he would make the treck back to New Jersey, but he would stop along the way at various spots where he knew he could pick up guns. He would then file the serial numbers off of them and sell them out of the trunk of his car. Watch 'Lord of War' yet, said to be based on actual events? They can take all they want, but in the end, guns will be in the hands of those who want them, whether that is for good or evil.
