Joining the NRA
Just wanted to mention I'm joining up. It is time. I hunt to often and just appreciate this orginization to much not to join. While I'm not worried about the loss of 2A right in the near future, I do ponder what will become of those rights by 2010, and even more come 2012. If I value those rights, better start now.
Think I'll join on my b-day (comming soon) so it will be easy to remember my dues. Maybe someday I'll be a lifetime. |

I also joined about 2 months ago and so did my father -n-law.

I just ordered a magazine subscription that offered an NRA membership with a purchase of a subscription. I was actually able to give the membership to my youngest son.

Taurus offered a free years membership (or renewal) with any handgun bought during 2008. I've applied but haven't got my membership kit yet.

I've been a member for a few years. When I can afford it I'll upgrade to life member.

True you'll get yor fair share of phone calls etc., but it is a small price to pay for helping to protect our 2A rights. Thanks!
