I came across this quote a few years back and would like to share it with you....

He'll be on the en banc panel for the 9th circuit on Thursday for the Nordyke re-hearing. Also on the 11 judge panel are 2 of the judges from the original panel(that ruled the 2A is incorporated against the states), so maybe this will turn out OK after all.
