No. The DOI rule change allowing concealed carry in National Parks was in effect for a few weeks after its implementation, but the Brady Bunch got a judge to enjoin it, so right now carry in parks is not permitted. Carry per state law (concealed or open where legal) in National Parks and National Wildlife Refuges will become legal in February. Maybe my initial post in this thread was not clear on this.

Just got this notification from MegaVote about an upcoming vote:

This House bill would move the date credit card companies would have to comply with new credit card regulations from February 22, 2010 to December 1, 2009.
The feds feel that credit card companies are taking advantage of the extra time to jack peoples rates and close their accounts. So someone proposed changing the date and the vote mentioned above should happen in the next week.

I wonder if this vote will also affect the date that the National Parks Carry portion as well....
