SureFire E2DL and 6PDL

Finally got my shipment of 6P Defender LED and E2 Defender LED in! Both are excellent lights and make excellent strike/impact tools. They are also shock proof and push out 80-120 Lumens so they make excellent long gun lights.

The E2DL is my personal favority though. It has a two stage switch and pushes out an amazing 120 Lumens for over an hour!

SPECS on E2DL: E2D LED Defender® - E2DL-BK available from SureFire

SPECS on 6PDL: 6P® LED Defender® - 6PDL-BK available from SureFire

I have a hard time justifying spending over $100 for a flashlight with a hard pokey end. Now if I could get one for $30 that would be great!

I guess you would have to actually use one to understand why they are best lights on the market. SF does make $30 dollar lights. They are called G2's.

We also offer member discounts on SF lights.

I've used quite a few flashlights, and I have seen the G2 but the difference between the $30 G2 and the defender is the ability to strike. An anodized aluminum tube that size to me doesn't seem like $100. I am sure there are folks out there that use these on a regular basis and gladly would pay full price. I am just a cheapskate that wonders why things cost as much as they do... like gasoline right now.

*tear* They're beautiful! I have a 6P with a strike bezel (but not the Defender) and a Malkoff drop-in. So I get 235+lumens for over 1 1/2 hours, unless I put in the third battery extender for longer runtime. I mount it on my AR when I'm not carrying it.

Gotta love Surefire.

BTW, putting together this flashlight has cost me about $150.

Gun control can be blamed in part for allowing 9/11 to happen.

I just purchased a single stage E2DL, and am EXTREMELY pleased with it. The beam is creamy white and offers superb color rendition, and the output is phenomenal - the TIR optic provides a strong center spot and a good usable spillbeam. I was originally shying away from the E2DL after Surefire announced the change from single 120 lumen stage to the two stage 5/120, but when I heard from the folks on CPF that some vendors got shipments of the single stage, I just had to jump on it. I've already got multimode lights covered with my Fenix P3D and wanted something strictly for defensive carry (no pun intended!).

Let's not forget the fact that the P60L module in the G2 has a lower output (but longer runtime) than the E2DL Defender and lacks the beam quality of the TIR.

I'm all in for a discount-how do we access?

Looked in your website, couldn't find E2DL...

Missing something?

Give us a call to order as we currently do not have the E2DL up on our website.
