FWIW I like the stuff. I can't say that it cleans better than what I was using before, but the lubrication is great.

It'll have to be good. Ive been using Ed's Red for years. The advantage of that is that it cost about 12 bucks a gallon.

I have heard about that actually. Never mixed me up a gallon. But then again...anything that could take the paint off a car might not be good for lubrication. I'm sure it would cleaned well though.

It actually lubricates pretty well, due to the transmission fluid which is a light oil. The paint removal probably comes from the Acetone that is in it. The beauty of it is that it cheap and easy to make.

Just don't smoke anywhere near it (ed's Red)or you'll find out if there is a concealed carry in heaven.

I'm sorry for the shipping delay, I have always had great service from the owner, but it appears that the factory couldn't get 8 oz bottles, which just happens to be the most popular size. I promise we'll get back on track. I strive to get orders out the same or next day.

If anyone does have a concern please email me.

I do appreciate the great support here. (special thanks to RamRod for the first review)

Acetone........I've used that in the gas tank actually to get better mpg. It works if you can meter it correctly. I was carrying around 32oz at one time with a measuring cup in my toolbox. I may put it through my engine, but never knowingly run it through my firearms.

So go out and buy a bottle of cheap hair spray and order the 16.

I just decided what it smells like...

It smells somewhat like celery. Or maybe celery root. Kind of weird...

Maybe it is. Eat a lot of celery and see how it cleans you out...
