Another unique material - fossilized coral. I don't know the age on this stuff, but "fossilized" automatically translates to "pretty old" in my book. Very cool pattern and colors in these pieces as it winds all over itself. I set them in Bubinga.

Here's a set of Amboyna Burls that has a nice combination of burl clusters AND some very cool swirling graining running throughout.
Nothing like starting your day off with some beauty. Sarge ![]() ![]() |

Todays beauty is another set of blue mammoth tooth, but this time they're set in bloodwood. I really like this combination of colors.
Beautiful stuff. Enjoy! Sarge ![]() ![]() |

A good ol' piece of walnut provides todays pics. This wood has nice color variation and some curly figure to boot. This block was so green when I got it over a year ago, that it slung water all over me while I cut it into smaller pieces for drying.

Today's beauty is brought to you by Camel Bone over Bloodwood. I really like this combination. The Bloodwood underneath really adds a great but subtle frame to the creamy bone color. Hope this starts your day off right!

Really super nice Sarge.
In the past I've seen lots of camel bone grips being sold as elephant ivory. The camel bone is so nice in its own right. Those camel bone grips sure did not look near as nice as yours though. Love the BloodWood accent BTW. ![]() |

This set is what I call "tweeners" as they're between my Ultra Thins which are 1/8" thick, and stock thickness grips. There seems to be a need for this gap to be filled, judging by the amount of email I get requesting it. Anyway, thw wood is Box Elder Burl and as you can see, this wood is beautiful. The figure never seems to end with it, and it's been on my favorites list for a long time.

Tulipwood is the wood for today. Great color combo in this wood with the cream giving way to the red.
