I'm not sure, but if the photo is accurate, but attaching a holster may be tough with those belt loop placements.

They are identical to the pants, and I haven't heard of any holster complaints.

I don't think that would be a problem, either. I always span the second belt loop on any of my pants. Those look like they would be placed pretty good for me anyway....

The people behind designing the Eotac pants and shorts are the same people that originally designed the Woolrich Elite products. Some of the earlier Woolrich Elite designs didn't have belt loops at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions just so people could move holsters around easier.
Well, more people complained that their holsters floated around because they weren't up against the belt loops and they also complained about the lack of support the pants had when a user had a lot of gear on a belt.
