I consider myself an AIWB aficionado but a twice used inguinal hernia scar - once for repair and once to repair the fix has made me a little sensitive to the point of intolerance. I have an encapsulated years old hematoma at 3 o'clock that I'm not done with yet but I need to find a surgeon I can trust . . . This rules out 3 o'clock carry and my ailing rotator cuff will not perform 4 o'clock to my satisfaction.

So I carry an LCP in my pocket. It fits comfortably within my close range repertoire. I'm an old eye poker and nose picker anyway so . . .
