Did she fire blindly into the glass? Hard to tell but it doesn't look like the glass was transparent/that you could see what's on the other side.

It was a transparent glass window.

The officer with the AR appears to have dropped his mag out of it on accident and transitioned to pistol.

Look closely. I don't see a mag in the rifle at any point prior to it being sworn at and dropped.

The female officer kept referring to the mag later in the video, but I did not see one in the weapon or on the ground, I may have missed it ?

If it is ever your misfortune to be attacked, alertness will have given you a little warning, decisiveness will have given you a proper course to pursue, and if that course is to counterattack, carry it out with everything you've got! Be indignant. Be angry. Be aggressive.

What's with all the obscured areas of the video?

Probably covering the victims. The early reports stated that a woman wearing ear buds was shot and killed as she opened the front door to enter. An exterior door/ threshold is one of the obscured areas with some blood seen just outside the “black.”

It’s there early on in the footage. I watched it closely. He fires one round, has a malfunction, appears to try to release mag to clear it, drops mag (you can hear it clank on the ground), then transitions to pistol.

At about the 1:09 mark, isn't she pointing her pistol at the guy's back in front of her? At least, she a little too close for comfort.

    perhaps..

sometimes you have to take certain calculated risks depending on the circumstances. Before anyone starts giving her "demerits" for breaking some cardinal rule, I would want examine her reasons for taking those actions. It may very well have been necessary in spite of the risks.
