    Chest carry rig?

I keep finding myself in situations where it would be handy to have a chest carry rig for the LCP. I see a lot of them where the gun rides in the center of the chest but I would prefer that it rides to the left of center so that it is still concealed when a jacket is zipped up about half way. The more ways that it is adjustable the happier I would be. That way I could determine how high or low I want to carry it or how I want the holster canted. It would probably be handier if the straps are just nylon webbing. I want it for the LCP with Viridain laser but if it were a platform that would accept other holsters that would be cool too. With all of the LCPs out there I figure that somebody probably has figured this out and could save me time looking. Thanks for any help!

Sounds more like you want a shoulder holster. When I was looking for one form myself I saw one that had a velcro backed pancake holster that attached to the shoulder holster base. Try Aliengear.

About as close as I have seen for what you describe. An LCP is only about what? 13 or 14 ounces loaded? Maybe you could move the gun pocket to where you want it.
You could sew a pocket holster to a pair of heavy duty logger style suspenders? Or maybe just Velcro sewn to suspenders with a strip on the gun slide? You can adjust the spenders inboard or outboard as well. Just freelancing here.

I have one on my ballistic vest, but concealed it isn't! Some of the shoulder holsters allow adjustments, but the problem is finding one for such a small gun.

If they made it in some plaid pattern it would conceal better. Its what I read anyway.

OP: My LCP is pocket carry. I don't think a chest rig would be practical. I only chest rig I have seen that seems to work is the "Flash Bang" and I don't think that's what you are looking for. But if it is I'm not going to judge.

I thought more people were serious about carrying LCPs and that there would be some who have carried, at times, when a pocket holster wasn't the answer.

I carry an LCPII when not carrying my 9mm, and sometimes both. Besides front pocket carry in a Pocket Locker kydex, I can carry it completely concealed with a back pocket wallet holster from Recluse. I also have a kydex IWB single clip holster I carry at 4 o'clock. Never wanted or considered a chest carry for such a small pistol. Maybe a James Bond type shoulder holster? No thanks.

GpTom, here's front and back pics of the Recluse wallet. Works for me when front pocket carry doesn't.

Not chest carry, but that's the best I can offer....

Seems like you might need to go custom. I did some searching around with no luck.
A custom holster maker should be able to fabricate what you want.
