    Alcohol and Guns Don't Mix...

    ...neither does Alcohol and Driving.

This loser who thinks he's cool because he can carry a gun in NY not only is dangerously careless with a firearm but, later also with a car.

Extremely surprised he didn't shoot himself in the process of trying to get both his gun and his shirt into his holster at the same time!

Stupid iPad won't let me see anything.

I take a snort on occasion. I do not give up my right to defend myself by any means because I do so. Having said that, I will not drive after having more than one drink of any sorts, it's not good for me or anyone else.

An example of what may become terminal stupidity.

Oh my! That should be grounds for dismissal. I would be horizontal long before I'd get half that many drinks in me.

Drinking turns most people stupid. Drinking while carrying a gun means usually there is going to be a problem.

Thats a broad statement or generalization.

Amount of alcohol consumed, in how much time or time passed is relevant.
I drank "a beer" sounds straightforward but beers vary in the amount of alcohol they contain.
A 12 ounce Coors Lite is 4.2% alcohol
Sam Adams Imperial Stout is 9.2% alcohol
It would take two Coors lite to equal the alcohol in one Sam Adams Imperial Stout.

My health insurance requires a yearly assessment to get the best coverage, if I select that I drink 2 drinks a day it basically says "good job" thats healthy.
The health assessment is not factoring amount of alcohol in "a drink", like my example above.
I don't drink Sam Adams Imperial Stout (9.2%), but if I did and reported two drinks a day, health assessment says "good job"
It would take 4 Coors Lights a day to equal the alcohol of 2 Sam Adams, guess what "4 drinks" a day is ... probably labeled as binge drinker or alcoholic.
That insurance example illustrates the trouble with generalizations, same amount of daily alcohol consumption can be labeled either "good job" or a problem.

An average size man would metabolize the Coors Lite in an hour, a Coors lite with dinner is incomparable to "16 drinks"
I'm not inclined to disarm for a concert, game, (entertainment) and I ain't going on a plane or cruise.

16 seems like it would be a tough hurdle. Even at my youngest/craziest bachelor days I am not sure if that would have been possible. Maybe beers but man that is just so much beer. Don't think I could take being that full.

Boy! I'd be getting an A+++ grade. I have only one drink a day.

    One of these.

When the medical and science people (including actuaries) in the US say "a drink", they are referring to a single standard drink being .6 oz of pure alcohol. That's a 12oz bottle of a classic banquet Coors (which is 5% ABV).
