    Can't Comfortably Carry My P365

I love my P365. Added a Hogue grip and it fits my hand perfectly, very accurate and 10+1 is really nice! BUT, I have tried several ISW holsters none of which are comfortable, too large to pocket carry & actually get it out and don't care for OSW.

How are you guys carrying your P365 (not the XL)?

What's the issue you are having?

Is the gun so small that it leans away from your body?

Let us know specifics and we can help.

    a) won't fit into my pant's pocket which I would prefer and how I carry my LCPii
    b) I find ISW to be very uncomfortable....perhaps because of the holsters I have tried

This one is one of the best. It works for IWB or AIWB. I order them with the Claw as it doesn't cost much and you can take it off if you don't need it.

Can't help you with IWB, but I use a Crossbreed Reckoning holster set up for OWB for my P365. It works great for me at 3:00 carry under a nice shirt.

@BHC +2 on the Vedder Lighttuck IWB (inside waist band) that OldChap recommended. I carry mine at 3:30 -- 4:00 and it is comfortable and concealed.

Imo, the 365 is too large and heavy for comfortable pocket carry -- others differ. I stick with my LCPII for pocket carry in a Vedder Pocket Locker kydex holster.

I don't have the P365 but do have the Ruger LC9s and I have no problem carrying it in the pocket.

    Here is the specs comparison:

    https://www.handgunhero.com/compare/...sig-sauer-p365

It is a hair thicker than the Ruger but less in length and height. It should be doable without too much trouble.

What brand of pants and style do you wear? Could need a change there.

OP, that could very well be your problem if you are wanting to pocket carry the 365. Yancy is a pocket carry specialist and may be able to help....

I have a P365 and added an ArmaLaser TR27G to it. I find a Blackhawk #4 holster works great for front pocket carry. I also sometimes carry small-of-the-back using this Feather Lite IWB/OWB Nylon holster.

I primarily wear 33" waist Loose Fit Wrangler jeans & Carhartt Rugged Flex. I'm 5'9" and a little under 170lbs. Tried on numerous other brands/pants and have concluded that it's just not a pocket carry firearm.

Understood. You're trying it in the right pants as far as I can tell. If it's still not working for you, you may have to go IWB like I do with a 9mm. The Vedder LightTuck is a very good IWB holster imo (and lots of others here).

Can I come by this weekend and try yours...LOL? Daughter lives in Boone and they are inducing labor on Friday if necessary, so I'll be there.

    I am 5'10" and weigh 165pounds. I wear trousers with either a 33" or 34" waistband. I always wear a leather belt.

Before buying two P365s (I only carry one at a time, my wife often carries the second one) I usually carried a Sig P229 Legion in 9MM in a Bianchi brand model 100 size 11 leather IWB holster (right hand). I found the holster to be a good fit for the P229 and very comfortable to wear unless driving long distances. When I switched to the P365 I tried the same Bianchi holster thinking it would be a temporary solution until I found a better fix. I am still using the Bianchi after about six months of near daily use because it is a good fit for the P365 and even more comfortable with the smaller frame P365 than it was with the P229. I am not planning to replace it now.

I carry at about 1:30 or 2:00 O'Clock, depending on what I am wearing.

Good luck. Please post what you finally wind up with.

(Edited to clarify my carry position at about 1:30 or 2:00 O'Clock.)

Pocket pistols are very specific to the type of pants you wear. I pocket carry a P365 in a Vedder Pocket Rocket, but I wear 5.11 pants. They make several models that don't look particularly tactical. I wear the Apex pants. But even within a particular manufacturer's line you may find pockets that vary in size and make pocket carry impossible.

I also have a JM Custom Kydex AIWB holster on order for mine. I don't have it yet, but since I carry a Sig P229 AIWB 90% of the time, I can't imagine it won't be possible with the Sig P365.
