My HK VP9sk has night sights on it also but I would have chosen to carry that Colt as well! Wow! Nothing wrong with being able to defend yourself, your wife and friends in style my brother!

Oh! And, Happy Birthday to Mrs Glockman.

    Completely ?
    I don't think so, @Frodebro .

It was her birthday and we were going out to eat some of her friends to celebrate. I had already taken her to a resort park this weekend for my gift to her so this was strictly from her friends.

As we are getting ready, she picks out my clothing and tells me she wants me to wear my brown beaver Resistol hat and my brown boots.
Laughing and half joking, I made the comment that I suppose she was going to pick out my my carry gun tonight also.

Not missing a beat, she said that she wanted me to carry the Colt. I said fine, but the Glock has night sights.
She said she didn’t care, the Colt was stylish and better looking than the Glock.

I thought well, who could argue with that logic, lol.
So, I had her to take this pic, so I could tell this to the guys and gals on the forum!

glockman 10mm No night sights on your 1911 !! Oh No . Now I know your old enough to have carried handguns before night sights came out and I'm sure you carry a flash light and practice with and know tritium inserts are not needed unless the light level is very low then you need a flash light to be sure of what your shooting at !! So you know night sights are not really a requirement or you would have added at least a front NS to your 1911 . Just have'n some fun . sorta

cornnhusker 95 Must make you feel like a real man to have a wife that lets you dress your self un aided ! Aaaaahahahahehehe

Lookin' sharp there, Glockman! Lordy. OC is legal in NC, but we live in a college town. I'd get some severe flak if I wore that Colt on my hip.
