I admire Glock greatly for their original innovation, but it seems to me they have lost their spark. At this point, I am more drawn to the DA/SA Sigs than anything else (except maybe the MPX). I like firearms that have more "there" there, if that makes any sense, despite the fact that decockers, safeties, external hammers, etc. (translation= more parts) would seem to be all the things that would make a firearm somewhat less reliable.
How you gonna break a hammer?

"Glock, getting back to its roots as a maker of legendary curtain rods, is now the first to offer a carbon fiber, collapsible, mosquito netting curtain rod for tent campers. Polymer coated steel clips are included with every rod. The new Safe Action collapsible carbon fiber tubing will eliminate skin pinching for all but the most stubborn users."

    Looks like no.

    Q. Can I swap a G19 frame in for a GLOCK 44 Frame and vice versa?

    A. While the G44 and Gen5 G19 Frames appear identical to me, Ive been told the G44 frame is not interchangeable with other GLOCK pistols.

Too bony in the hips to carry the fatties anymore so they are gone except for the G20, which is not a cary gun. I would have liked to see a 43 with a safety option alongside the regular version. I'm sure it is sacrilege for them, though that is what I have gravitated towards.
