Straight drop vertical OWB Pancake Holster for Shield

Anybody know who might make one with a sweat Shield? Very hard to find a straight drop, no cant. Preferably leather, but a hybrid would work. Needs to be straight drop (no cant) and OWB. I found one or 2 on flea bay but no sweat Shield.

There are some options at these places https://www.simplyrugged.com/ecommer...cfm?cat_id=669, https://www.daltechforce.com/collections/gun-holsters. I've used both companies and can vouch for them. Daltech I know for sure will make one for the Shield. You can try Nelson as well, just shoot an email or give them a call.

Thanks! Muzzleblast, one of our forum members, is going to make one similar to the Mitch Rosen "Upper Limit" which is exactly what I was looking for... for a LOT less. I will keep eveyone posted with pics.

Can't say enough about this holster maker. I have an IWB for my CZ and OWB for my 1911. Minimalist, yet high quality leather and finish.

This is a Ritchie leather CQ-QR. One of my favorites and have them for 1911's and glocks. Fits tight to the body, with very little if any printing.

I have a DeSantis E-Gat for my Shield that is straight drop but it is not my favorite. I prefer a slight forward cant OWB like the DeSantis Mini-Scabbard. Good luck!

Guess I should have specified pancake holster. Don't care for avenger types like E-gat. Thanks!

It is OWB. There is a very slight can't, but really don't notice it while wearing. Ritchie Leather came about after Lou Alessi passed away. Alessi is also back after moving their shop. The Ritchie Brothers (Bob and Skip)worked with Lou Alessi and are great to deal with. The current owner of Alessi, Tom has a bigger shop and probably more recognizable name, but they have mostly the same patterns and both seem to be equal quality. They both make a standard pancake style also. Only difference I can find(have 3 Alessi and 8 Ritchie) is Alessi uses a thinner stitching. I am very lucky to have two excellent custom holster makers just a short drive away. As far as turn around time, Ritchie usually says 4 weeks, and is either on time or early. Alessi has been known to run late, but now that the new shop is open , hopefully they will be on time. I have no affiliation with either, just both are local shops that I have been buying from for several years.

Here it is. Perfect, exactly what I was looking for! It's a prototype but I really can't think of anything I would change'
