Can you really call it a sidearm if you wear your pistol AIWB?

Today we begin round 2 of my adventure in AIWB. Just got my holster back from JM Custom Kydex. He moved the belt loops much closer together and I can wear it just fine, now. I can even unzip when nature calls (and she calls a lot these days)! Quick turnaround and very courteous service.

Right now, I am wearing it with the neoprene sponge pad, but I also have the neoprene sponge wedge. Will have to see how each one works.

Never thought I would be able to do this, or that I would do this at all. I think this is going to work out well. But, back to the original question - Can you really call it a "sidearm" when you wear it in front of your stomach?

Did you figure out what those letters mean?

If I move my handgun from the waist owb strong side to my ankle, does it change from being a sidearm to an anklearm. I think you know the answer to that already

Hint, I took my sidearm and placed in an ankle holster. If I take my sidearm and wear it appendix, is now an appendixgun? See what the message is now?

It is. I've been sitting here for about an hour, and so far, so good. I will experiment a bit with ride height and the wedge rather than the pad. But so far, it seems fine. Definitely different from carrying at 3:30 IWB.

I learned a while back that there is no such thing as one gun for all situations. I still use my G26, but primarily when I ankle carry. I pocket carry the P938. I truck carry the MPX. And so on...
