    I doubt he could even get his belt out of the trigger guard and get a good grip in 3.5 seconds.

    I doubt he even knows what a Bill Drill is but that distance and time limit has been out of date for well over 30 years. Tongue was firmly planted in cheek.

    I think this picture is someone who is in the military and accountable for that weapon. I'm guessing he just finished PT and is in the chow hall.
