We apologize for the inconvenience but ask that you use the attachment tool in the Go Advanced option instead until we are able to upgrade the site. Ticket 2590683.

Thank you for your patience and understanding on this matter.

Thanks, Nate. It's good to know the problem is not in my browser. Hopefully, other posters will take note.

I thought this problem had been fixed when the quote thing was.
But I've never posted pics from the Quick Reply. I didn't know that was an option.
Pics are working fine for me, both posting and viewing.

The fix may have applied to some of the image issues but not all. For you, @PAcanis , you are able to upload images via the insert img tool in Quick Reply (from your device, not with an URL)?

In any case, anyone who is experiencing issues with this, we advise you to use the attachment tool in the go advanced or the URL in insert img (copying the image address posted on another site).

    Cheers,
    Nate

    Hi,

Please see Nate's post above. This should be resolved when we upgrade the forum's vB4 software.

I've lost everything: emojis, bold/italize function (that whole toolbar), ability to attach pics, etc. What the heck?

I am completely unable to post an image. No matter which option I try (Quick Reply, Go Advanced, using the paperclip, image) as soon as I choose the image then click Upload, I get a message that I don't have permission, then I have to login again. the file is a .JPG and is about 550 kb. I have used both Firefox and Microsoft Edge as browsers.

    Hey there,

Is it a particular section you can't post in, or is it the whole site?

I was trying to post in the Hunting forum on my post “Where are the bucks?”. I don’t post a lot of pictures, so I read thru the tutorials to get the different options, but nothing I tried worked. The error message was always that I didn’t have permission and to refresh the page and log in.

@CrowJS - can you confirm if you've cleared your cache/cookies and refreshed your browser before trying again? If the issue persists, let us know what device/browser you are using and if you've tested on another browser and/or device.

    Thanks,
    Nate
