Wish I had one. Y’all know I’m tired of tying them around my waist with a rope seems he’d get me one.....

Yep. Got 1 out of 2 Polymer80 frames I ordered. Waiting on another, 4 AR15 parts and 5 pmags. 2 for Glock and 3 for AR. The Polymer80s are my winter projects. Building a robin egg blue one for the wife for her bday. The AR parts are for her .300BLK pistol for Xmas. I think I’m more excited for her than she is.

I requested Colt Archive Letters for my New Service revolvers back in May, and they showed up yesterday!

Anybody get anything good that's firearm related today?-m1909-letter_r.jpgAnybody get anything good that's firearm related today?-m1917-letter_r.jpg

As expected, the M1909 was shipped to the U.S. Army in the Philippines in 1909. I was pretty sure that was the case, but it was cool to have it confirmed.

The M1917 letter was perhaps a little less "interesting", but it was nice to learn a little more about the ol' warhorse. Seems the gun shipped two days after the end of WWI, so it wouldn't have seen service then, but I've learned that M1917's were still in service through WWII, Korea, and even Vietnam, so who knows what action this ol' gun might have seen? Couldn't help but notice, too, that when the 1917 shipped, my Grandma would have been pregnant, awaiting the arrival of my Dad!

I was at the LGS and the owner was putting out a case of Sellier & Bellot 10mm 180 grain JHP fifty round boxes. One of the boxes was torn, so he gave it to me. Free ammo is always good.

Just saying, but it sounds like you have spent a lot of money there.
