Ordered my first box of Underwood Ammo

.38+P 158gr. LSWCHP for the 642. Its currently on clearance from Midway.

Also threw in a pack of Wolff Gunsprings extra power base pin latch springs for Ruger single actions.

I happened to be browsing this thread when I saw your post from a few months ago. I just realized that it appears your DW is a Model 15, rather than Model 14! The M14 did not have adjustable sights. Your DW also does not appear to have the pork chop barrel shroud, so it's almost certainly a Model 15-2.

    Hope this helps!

I won't disagree with that, Kilowatt3. At the LGS where I bought it - a couple of years ago in Ohio - the clerk said it was a Model 14, though the model number isn't stamped anywhere on the revolver. Guess I thought the clerk knew what he was talking about.

Thanks for the heads up. Much appreciated.

I certainly hope so sir (and it's not just another to be added to the holster drawer ).

MCARBO finally released their optic mount for the Keltec Sub 2000 (Sub 2K). I was using a 45 degree mount which is ok but I prefer a conventional set up.

Anybody get anything good that's firearm related today?

I had a Glenfield 25 as a kid and my dad had to sale it one year when he lost his job. I recently started hunting for another. I lost out on three different ones on Gunbroker, then won two auctions a day later for better rifles for less money. The top one looks to be unfired. The bottom one is in good condition, but has a couple very small handling scratches. One of the sellers said he’d throw in a Springfield “Gill Gun” for another hundred so I bought it too.

I can’t wait to try it.

This is mine in the current state. It works as intended.

I’d just prefer a topside optic.

Do you know when it’s supposed to ship?

When my order was placed they were "in stock" and the order confirmation said they'd try to get it shipped ASAP. Since I'll be traveling for a few weeks it's not a rush item for me.

I’ve waited long enough for it. A delay won’t matter to me.

I was waiting on an adapter for my Suppressor to shoot my 45 ACP Glock Mag Atheris Rifle Co AR Pistol. The adapter came but I haven’t shot it, yet, since I have been preparing the house for very close friends.

Yeah, I did! The custom "exotic" leather Spinal Stingray holster w/dual magazine carrier combo that I ordered a few months ago from Andrews Leather just came in for my new Cabot Guns stainless steel 1911. It's more gorgeous in person. WOW!!!
