Not very effectively. AIWB is easy enough to reach with the opposite hand, but drawing it, not so much.

So there's something that I need to work on, and practice. Over and over and over...

This may very well be the catalyst for me to consider a weak side pocket gun.

Yes, I can draw the primary with my off hand, but its simpler just to with draw from the off hand trouser pocket a S&W-M640.

No I cant.. and Im not losing any sleep over it.

If I suddenly become disabled and cannot use my strong hand/arm at all, I will be out of the fight for a moment. The only thing on my weak side is a knife.

It wont be pretty but I can get to my sidearm if I dump the holster. I would unbuckle my belt and snatch the belt off ( dropping the holstered weapon). The first order of business would probably be to seek some cover. Im certainly not going to attempt that maneuver while I am being shot at.

Nope , To old and to many jojnts that no longer work like they once did . I do carry a ZT0350 on my weak side and practice clearing it and have a cm9 kahr I can carry as a back up if going into a less than safe area but with 32 years CC now I have yet to have to clear a handgun . Reach for once and cover the grip once was enough .

Yes but far slower than getting to my backup gun. So much so that it if weak hand shooting is required, I’d just be better off going for my backup gun right from the start.

Carrying the S & W J-frame in a Galco cross draw holster, it's no problem at all. Carrying one of the semi-autos at 3:30 in a holster with a forward cant increases the difficulty substantially, but that method of carry makes access difficult in other circumstances also____behind the wheel of a car with the seatbelt fastened, for example.

I have practiced this getting the gun out of a Safariland ALS holster as well.
