    Pistol Caliber Carbine

I was thinking for a long time about getting a PCC in particularly the Ruger 9mm PCC with pistol grip. I just recently think i am changing my mind on the Ruger and im now looking at the PSA AK-V 9MM CLASSIC

If you could pick one which one would you choose, Ruger, PSA, or other?

I have a Sig MPX and the quality and performance is outstanding. Great piece of gear.

I chose other, being an old antiquated traditionalist to me a carbine must be lever action and for caliber either 357 or 44 Mag to use the same ammo as my revolvers.

It boils down to what you want to do with it .. And what mags you want to get / have ... Ruger is glock or Ruger mags ... AK-V is going to be Evo mags

AK-V is a pistol if that matters in state for carrying or having a loaded weapon in your car etc ..Ruger is a rifle but it does take down

I am a big PCC guy ...Have use them all pretty much EVO, HK94/MP5 etc etc ....For me if one was going to get a PCC right now it would either be a Evo, PC9 or the AK ... And I love the MP5 mind you but if you dont have the mags on hand for it the cost of entry can be high .

Of the two you ponited to I would say well are ok you with shooting with a brace verus a stock ...?

If it were me, I’d but an AR that used the same mags as the pistol I was using, since the entire virtue of the same caliber pistol/rifle combo is based on continuity.

I want to go the 9mm route as it is cheaper for plinking steel and paper. I do love the power of the .44 mag though.

I voted other, BUT, IF YOU'RE SET on one of these, I'd vote the PSA. My PDW is in .45 acp.

That sig is nice however it way out of my price range. The PSA AK pistol is at the top of my price pint actually.

Have you fired or handle either ( for that matter have used a AK before ) that might help as both are very nice ...
