What items did you carry with you every single day?

I'll be the first to admit I don't carry the exact same gear every single day, due sometimes to convenience, laziness, urgency to get out the door, etc. For example, I do carry a second pistol, pepper spray and a tourniquet on my person usually two days a week. On the other hand, I do carry a pistol, spare magazine, flashlight, cell phone, and knife 99.9999% of the time.

How about you? What items do you carry every single day?

I don’t attempt and try to lug a bunch of crap everyday, never have and never will.

I carry a pistol, and depending on capacity a spare mag in the rear left pocket. A pocket knife in the front left, along with a small flashlight.
Keys on a D-ring, wallet in front right pocket.

As one ex-SEAL said on a YouTube video, "Sorry if you're disappointed in me, but I have a flashlight on my phone, so I don't EDC another one." As for first aid items, I was taught trauma first aid in the Navy and in a later civilian course at the NRA HQ. Both emphasized being able to do trauma first aid using common clothing items. It is not ideal, but it works. Your only purpose is to keep someone alive for around 25 minutes until paramedics arrive, not to be a paramedic. Besides, my plan is for the other guy to need first aid, not me or my loved ones. And I don't plan on giving him first aid. I might get sued for malpractice! Just MHO.

Exact same for me, though the flashlight is mainly when I'm at work.

Normal is cell phone, wallet, keys....Glock + 1 reload (either G19 or G43). Sometimes a Benchmade & Olight go along, but can't say I carry those daily. YouTube Operators would be disappointed in my "pocket dump " !!

Am I the only one who doesn't routinely carry a spare mag? If I can't get it done with 15+1 I've got a bigger problem than another 15 is likely to solve. And yes, I know, magazines can fail, weakest link, etc. But I shoot twice a week (HK VP9) rotating between eight mags (four are just a few months old) and have never had a malfunction in the five years I've had the pistol. Never.

If I have the pocket space I'll carry one. I have several mag carriers but can't get used to having something else shoved in my pants.
