Did you watch the video? The mother said her daughter "has her ups and downs" which is indicative of severe emotional swings - beyond the "normal" wide emotional swings of most teenagers. She said she is going to get her daughter the help and support she needs. I sincerely hope she is able to do this.

How many students were killed and injured? I'm asking for a friend.

FWIW, the same story with the same set of facts is being reported by other news sources. One TV station reported the girl's grandfather made a statement that the girl had no access to any firearms, so the "finger gun" was not a threat she could carry out.

Also, no way this is a felony, especially not for a 13-year-old.

Fortunately the young lady was not wearing gloves, which could have added a charge of concealed imaginary weapon.

Padded gloves might have made it a suppressed imaginary weapon.

whether her parents beat the rap, still gonna cost a bunch in attorney fees. We are truly spiraling into the Abyss with no bottom in sight. This is insanity.

Anything and by any means necessary, we will take your gun rights away. Even if that means Felony Finger Pointing.

I carry my finger gun both ways. If open carry is allowed my hands are out.
If conceal carry only I put my hands in my pants pockets.
I also carry double rigged like the old gunfighters.

And that’s perfectly legal as long as you don’t brandish.....
