    The GE version of the mini-gun that I used on both UH-1N Huey gunship and later MH-53H Pave Low was the first 28 volt DC electrically powered mini-gun. Dillon came along quite a bit later with the new & improved version. I never had the pleasure to try out the Dillon, but I would be happy to give it a whirl... if they would give an old aerial helicopter gunner a shot!

    The same way they do, with 308, 20mm and 27mm.

    Cyclic rate of fire limits the same way they did our Vulcan 20MMs mounted on APCs. They were limited to 1000 to 3000 rounds a minute via a selector switch for ground support or use against arial targets.
