About 64zebra
Biography:
I was raised around firearms, in fact as far back as I can remember I was around them. I was taught at an EARLY age about firearms, safety, and how to use them properly (shot air rifle at 4, .22 at 5). My dad was in the Air Force during Vietnam, just one of many many relatives that have served our great country. Needless to say, patriotism and the 2nd Amendment have always been cornerstones of my life.

Love the look of the rounded trigger guard. Improves the look of the Glock no end. Finger rests on trigger guards are like tail fins on '59 Cadillacs or spoilers on Ford Focuses, a useless styling...

Sorry, at work, can't watch video...and don't remember from when I watched it at home a few days ago...but thanks anyway. Edit - I called Glock, and they stated that if any frame mods are done,...

Question - It would seem, from Glock's website, that any mods to the frame will void the warranty. Anyone can confirm?

You're right there, Dan. Nor one that requires "fluffing and buffing" before it'll work. That's like new tires that require patching before they'll hold air.

I've got a 1976 Ruger Police Service Six that's probably well past 25,000 rounds many of which were full house .357 loads. Yes that's right, (the guy I got it from shot competion with it for about 10...

For an OC holster with retention for the protection against gun grabs, which is the topic of this thread, in my opinion, the Serpa is not as suitable for this task because of the obvious release...

Try to find a national instructor who allows them on his range in training. There's a reason you likely won't find one, let alone numerous trainers.

Never understood how someone could think a retention strap from falling out was a retention strap to prevent a gun grab.

I agree with everything but the Serpa thoughts. I think the Serpa is fine, but I have a lifetime of indoctrination to keep my booger hook off the bang switch when drawing.

I would hope so. I have spoken to Gman on the phone a few times, we agree on more than we disagree and I consider him a friend.
