I find I can conceal MUCH better up front than behind. It doesn't print when I bend forward and it's easy to check that my shirt is covering everything up. I never have to worry if I am printing...

Go for it. I have a .260 Rem in a Savage M11 that allows a longer C.O.A.L. (2.950" vs. 2.800") than a pure short-action and has the "proper" 1:8" twist. I would recommend that if you come across...

I think my current highest is nine different holsters for my EDC. Plus one Kydex trigger guard sheath.

Anubus liked post by Stumpkiller On thread : Ever been 'caught' conceal carrying?
Have never had anyone mention it or question me. If it comes up in a general conversation I use a "lie of omission" like . . . Q: "Are you armed now?" A: "If I was I wouldn't say. You...

I like knives and always have at least one on me. Ususally two or more. But my "first line" is at about 25 yards and as it closes in . . . then I may end up with a knife. The best defense is a...

I can report back in that I now have them in all 5 of my EDC M&P 9 Shield magazines (two flush & three extended) and, knock wood, not a single failure to feed, fire or eject at any time. Just went...

As I mentioned - I did order three kits for my Shield magazines. In the order form was a "Comments" box and I entered (may be paraphrasing). "You'd better be confident in your product because I...

The one extra round is very attractive. But the chance of five or six dropping out of service when most needed is very unattractive. Still debating in my mind. I wonder if silver-soldering the...

Harold686 liked post by Stumpkiller On thread : .25 acp for personal defense?
Wow! Two whole magazines full. Twelve shots right in a row is a good start. The .25 ACP is better than a sharp stick . . . in most cases. More powerful than a .22 LR but most are not very...
