    Whatever happened to good parenting?
I invested a lot of time and money in raising two great sons.
I would be more than angry if someone else's son who was raised to be a thug, took them away from me.

Per the WAPO, Pizza Hut employees are NOT allowed to carry at work.

Pizza Hut employees aren’t allowed to carry guns on company property, according to an employee manual posted online. Their first priority during a crime is to contact the police, according to the manual.

I am seeing this sentiment more and more often. I watched a YouTube video of parents making the same complaint when their son was killed trying to rob a store. I thought it was probably the same story. But no. It was a completely different store and parents. It astounds me that people actually believe that robbing, stealing and burglarizing as socially acceptable.

Based on my experience with Pizza Hut, he should have put a couple of rounds into the oven, too.

Different culture, different world view. And, therein lies the problem.

This story is three years old. I have not been able to find the conclusion. Was the employee charged? I'd think not, but I have not found anything. I'm sure he lost his job at Pizza Hut, but I'm sure he found a new one.

Let's see. A man is robbing a Pizza Hut at gunpoint. An employee shoots the armed robber. The parents see the armed robber as a victim. They also believe that the emplyess ought no have had a gun, and I have to assume that they then believe the it was OK for the "victim" to have a gun. I think the parents want to see a headline like this:
Man wrongly shot by an employee while only robbing a Pizza Hut at gunpoint was a victim.

    My headline:
Legally armed citizen shoots illegally armed perpetrator during armed robbery.

But here is the headline hope not to see:
Legally aremed Pizza Hut employee fired from job for shooting armed robber.

The position of the parents shows why the perp went bad. They excuse crime as an acceptable everyday event. Too bad they cannot be tried for ruining their son.

    Armed robbery is dangerous business.

Gunshot wounds are an occupational hazard.

“Why in the hell did this guy have a gun?” questioned Hairston about the employee who shot her son.

Becasue of people like your son. And probably like you.

Sadly having kids are some peoples way of making a living off the government, they get money per child, more kids more money. they need to make this work in reverse, pay then to not have kids. What idiots, bless their hearts.

For parents who "raise" (and I insist that wolves do a much better job) their...ahem...offspring to believe there are no consequences in life, I offer a clip from a great movie:

May your little urchins enjoy the "walk"!
