NJ messes with Texas: NJ the church gunman plea deal that wiped out gun felony

NJ gave Texas church gunman plea deal that wiped out gun felony. The gunman who killed two congregants at a Texas church last month had been charged years earlier with a felony gun offense in New Jersey, where prosecutors later downgraded the crime to a low-level misdemeanor that had nothing to do with firearms.

Since the Dec. 29 shootout at the West Freeway Church of Christ in White Settlement, Texas, much has come out about the shooters criminal record, which seems to follow a pattern: He would get charged with serious, sometimes violent crimes, which later were pleaded down to less-consequential offenses.

But New Germany is really, REALLY, serious about evil guns and punishing law abiding....err...criminals. Yeah, right!

Wow. If that information is not proof that those dysfunctional liberal state governments are part of the problem and not the solution I don't know what would. Unfortunately you will hear no mention of this truth in the mainstream media as they to are also part of the problem.

A great example of the hypocrisy of gun control and crime/punishment. The laws existed, but those responsible choose not to properly utilize them.

Democrats say they want to stop “gun violence” yet they let violent criminals take plea-bargains that allow them to commit more often worse crimes. Then they advocate for crime and prison reform that let violent offenders get off easier.

It doesn’t matter whether a gun is involved “violence” is violence and violent offenders need to be stopped not responsible citizens from owning the gun they want.

    Come on, everybody.

Those private prisons are full of guys with low level drug offenses and they're making profit for their corporate owners.

No space left for the real criminals, so they're right back out on the streets.
