    What constitutes a toy gun?

There are BB and airsoft platforms that are doppelgangers to their cartridge firing inspirations. I would assume these are included.

What about "normal" BB guns like the Red Rider or Crossman 760?

Arkancide- Three self-inflicted gunshots to the head with hands tied behind the back.

Active Shooter Response- Assess the situation, Position yourself to gain tactical advantage, Engage perpetrator violently (APE).

Must be licensed in Jerzy to own BB or Pellet, just like a regular firearm...….slingshots are illegal.

I guess they feel they are not doing enough so they need to start banning toys now.

The only thing I can say is that those realistic toy guns do make it difficult for LEO's to differentiate
They get crucified every time they shoot at someone who is carrying one.

Remember when that criminal wrapped orange tape around the end of the barrel of the gun he used in a crime? He deliberately attempted to disguise it as a toy gun.

Need a rifle/shotgun permit to purchase a BB gun in NJ. That takes a while to apply for and you need the police and your employer to fill out sections of the permit application.

If children play with a Red Ryder, the parents are arrested.

Wow. As a child I had several you guns that looked and functioned like the real thing.

My favorite was the Winchester copy, like on the Rifleman. It shot plastic bullets... Even had shell casings... You had to put a sticky cap on the end of the "cartridge."

The cap would propel the bullet... And the casing would eject when you operated the lever.

You could even rapid fire it like Lucas McCain!

Of course, you had to gather up all those bullets, re-assemble each cartridge, and put a sticky cap on each one to use again.

    exactly, ban toys!

Baby Dolls will make little girls pregnant so we have to ban those too...except for the ones in elementary schools that teach them about sex and condoms.

Honestly I don’t know how conservative parents are expected to deal w this crazy making
