    Why base the tax on a percentage of the cost of the firearm? Shops will probably sell the uppers and lowers separately. The NFA taxes per unit.

    If that's all she did, I'd happily take it. But I'm not convinced she will stop there.

    Nope, I'm not kidding at all. That single phrase "original intent" is the catch. Perhaps the classes should only be taught by alumni of Hillsdale College (IMHO, some of the best constitutional scholars in the country).
