Although one of our little tortoiseshell kitties, Mimi, passed away 12/30/18, I had to keep her little body frozen until the crazy climate around here permitted me to bury her, which I finally managed to do yesterday, even though I have been suffering from what I now suspect is a form of lingering pneumonia that really slows me down.

In pic 1 & 2 he looks the opposite of a smiling angel.

I carry always not because I go places trouble is likely, but because trouble has a habit of not staying in its assigned zone.

    Here is our newest cat.

This is his 2 month photo. He is almost 1 yr by now so I need a full-grown picture.

We call him Mango because of his color.

He came to live with us since we had room for him, but our granddaughter took care of him. When we came to Houston, he went to be with her forever. She never got anyone interested in adopting him, so he just became hers. Now his age is catching up with him (and possibly the abuse he suffered) and the vet says he hasn't much time left. Our hearts are troubled already.

I'm sorry to hear about Chico... But thrilled that you and your granddaughter saved him from a sad, short life. Praying for him and you and her and the rest of the family while you are going thru this tough time. What a cutie he is and so worthy of the love you lavished on him...
