Now I won’t feel so bad about calling this one Cracker lol, we were joking but it does fit her looks!

The girl that has her said she’s real sweet, a teenager found her and said that her dogs were mean to this one so she was looking for a home. I’m guessing smaller dogs is what the girl and her Mom has, small dogs don’t always take to larg ones. Our cat is dying from cancer but he doesn’t know it and still beats the mess out of Jimbo, it’s too funny he’s so scared of the cat!

You can tell she's a sweetie, and she's a cutie. I hope you guys get her, I know she'd have loving home.

Sadly it didn’t work out. The dog was not what was projected in the ad, the people left out the real reason they were getting rid of her; she’s a fighter! She was also older and full blooded pit. Advertised as young and mixed. We think that she was a fighting mill dog possibly, had lots of pups from the look of her body.

She was great with people, NOT with any other animals. She went after Jimbo twice within minutes when we tried them in the yard so we took her back to the ppl as soon as we saw this. I feel sorry for the dog, obviously she was trained to fight but we felt at her age it was not something that could have been taken care of nor were we willing to put Jimbo in that situation, he’s okay but it scared him to death.

We do want more but this event took it out of me for a while. CWO wants to do some traveling so it would be easier with just Jimbo - Jimbo is still amazing, from a dog that grew up in the woods, he’s been a pleasure from day one. This tells me that it’s humans that mess up dogs, I’d imagine that the white pit was taught to fight when she was young.

My two ferocious guard dogs. This pic is a couple years old and they are both canine senior citizens now at 9 (Zena the black one) and 12 (Zeus the big boy) years old. I'm really going to miss these two nuts when they're gone but I've already decided there won't be any replacement dogs. After my wife's 4 year battle against cancer I saw how many times we had to scramble to make arrangements to have the dogs cared for while she was in treatment or in the hospital. At my age I have to think about what would happen to any pets if I were to die or be incapacitated.
