Apparently. I was dumbfounded by the alarm over weapons with "high capacity" magazines. I don't think they would allow me to live in Massachusetts. I wouldn't fit in.

That's a lot of guns and ammo. Weird that some of the neighbors were freaked out about it tho. Was his only crime owning unregistered weapons in the state of Massachusetts? Well, there is the matter of the home made silencers. Probably the ex wife turned him in.

Here is a trivia question for the day: How many guns makes up a "huge cache" of guns?

It could be. It just sounded to me like the reporter was writing the story with his hair on fire. I've seen photos of some collections posted on here that would probably really have him in a tizzy.

Depends on where you live and who is writing the story. In my neck of the woods, that's about the quantity of guns and ammo we would haul to the range for a day of shooting.

Hey, it's Massachusetts, where my edc setup would be described as an arsenal, and my on-board ammo count would be considered a "cache of ammunition".

Apparently anything more substantial than a .22 single shot rifle is considered an assault weapon in Massachusetts.

"As we look at the recent events across the country, now more than ever, we have to be mindful of the risks of the proliferation of unlicensed firearms as well as homemade modifications," said Ryan.
Because unlicensed firearms carry a much higher risk than licensed firearms.

I kind of feel for the guy, but he is in Massachusetts.
Has anyone tried turning the country off and then back on again?

I feel for him, too. He's my age and has caught a huge jackpot for something many of us find perfectly normal. Like you said, tho, he is in Massachusetts.

I am in hopes that he sueís the pants off of them if they didnít have any reason to suspect him for anything.

From what I read the man didnít do anything? What was illegal that he did?
