When I was youngster, I witnessed tattoos on older individuals, it wasn't a pretty sight. In The Marine Corps it was dependent on you Commanding Officer, if the tattoo became infected one could receive office hours punishment if it affected ones abilities to fulfill their duties/responsibilities.

Some tattoos have a story. I get that.
Some tattoos are beautiful artwork. I get that too.
    Your body, your choice.
I don't have any. I don't want any. I think they are a bad decision.
    But that's just my opinion.

Honestly, I couldn't care less what some judgmental jerk thinks about tattoos.

A small tattoo on an ankle or shoulder is one thing, but most make you look like a drunken sailor or carnie in a cheap sideshow. If I were a business owner, visible tats would be employment disqualifier. Not the image I want in my business.

IMO a tattoo on a woman is like putting a sticker on a nice car.
But what if your wife decides on a Support 2A tat?

To be honest, I have been concerned about how I would be received as a new member here. Although this is my first gun forum, I've been on other forums where I was ruthlessly condemned based solely on cruel assumptions with no interference from mods or administrators.

I was accused of being a trashy tramp cause I responded to a thread on tats. I'm pleased that the membership here conducts themselves with a higher level of maturity. And that the moderators actually enforce the posting guidelines.

Also, just cause I post some songs that involve 'cheatin', for example, doesn't make me a cheater, as I've also been accused of elsewhere. It just means I like different kinds of music.

Personally, I don't find them attractive. But a person can decorate themselves as they please.

@Misty Lu I think overall we are a very civilized bunch of....ugh....errr.....gun lovers.

I can't speak for others, but if, by some miracle you can accept me as a friend, I can certainly accept you the same way. Aw shucks, I thought everybody loved ole' Hank.
