    How many charges?

    Man stopped for expired vehicle license tags was driving a stolen vehicle with a suspended driver's license, open container of whiskey, gun, rattle snake, and container of uranium powder. His passenger was charged with felon in possession of a firearm.

    Hey, it wasn't his fault the tags were expired! I also saw he wasn't charged over the rattlesnake, or the uranium.
