    Trust God.

What would happen if you put the same amount of trust in God that you do in the brakes on what your driving on the highways?

    Think about it.

A horrible event that brings home a stark reality. We live in a technological society, with all sorts of high-energy devices and substances. Japan has much stricter weapons laws than the US, and even most of Europe, so the evil person used gasoline; as the Nice attacker used a truck. Both killed many more than most attackers who use firearms.

Trying to prevent such attacks by removing weapons from society is absolutely futile. To suggest that it can work is a delusion from the ignorant and a lie from the well-informed.

Cans of gasoline are every bit as lethal as other handheld weapons when correctly applied.

Tim McVeigh killed more than 100+ with diesel fuel, fertilizer and a truck in OKC. Mass Murder does not equate to gun violence, just violence.

Evil is evil. It doesn't need anything in particular to do its work.

But only gun violence gets attention because gun control is the path to controlling people. Those other forms of violence don't have the same political leverage. Can you see any political advantage to the left in truck control, gasoline control and fertilizer control? OK, maybe gasoline control for the green new deal people, but even that's stretch.

Wow. Japan needs to ban book matches with more than 5 matches, and those semi-automatic Bic-type lighters. That will stop crime.
